Hello I'm Sandie Lynn

I am a motivated personal trainer and dance instructor. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and I love nothing more than helping others achieve their fitness goals. In addition to personal training, I am also a skilled dance teacher, with years of experience teaching a variety of dance styles. Whether I’m working with clients one-on-one or leading a dance class, my goal is to lead with a positive and encouraging approach, helping my clients and students push themselves to be their best selves.

I first met Sandie while struggling to get thru a tedious workout at the gym. During brief respites in my boring routines, I would take notice of the constructive interactions between her and her clients. The interactions I witnessed were highly favorable, and I also noticed significant changes in the bodies of her clientele. After seeing the results, she helped others achieve, I knew I needed to schedule a session with her.

Her workouts are tailored to each client, crucial for getting results. Not only that, but her instruction in proper form enables you to get maximum results from each fun and challenging session. Before you know it, the session is over.  

My tailored program took health issues into account, including a rapid heart rate. Sandie recognized when this issue arose, noting my interpersonal cues. Whenever this occurred, she would have me bring the intensity down to manageable. I have never experienced that with any trainer I had worked with previously.

Her awareness of my previous injuries was also taken into account with alternate drills to prevent reaggravating them. Another benefit she provides is demonstrations for exercises at home, changing my home routine monthly to prevent things from becoming stale and disinteresting. I was even offered videos to reference for each movement she wanted me to perform at home.

With all of the previous benefits mentioned, it is safe to say I have never enjoyed working out more than I do with Sandie. So if you want variety, fun, and challenging workouts, look no further!

Meeting Sandie was like meeting a long lost friend. She was instantly supportive of my goals, and we started a plan to get me there. I am also seeing a lot of improvement in my mental health, anxiety much lessened by being challenged physically and feeling so much stronger.
